Increase Your Customer Pay Sales This Summer

1. Create a Detail/Spa Menu (Good, Better, Best)

2. If at all possible, present the menu to customer before they get to the Service Advisor

3. Purpose is to sell the Express Detail (99.95-129.95). Should take detailer/car washer less that an hour to complete

Great Idea Chris,

I am implementing this at the Auto Gallery and with my consulting clients. We even watched the video in training. My class loved it too!

Ill post my results soon.

OH, we use Robert Durringer at StraightLine Adverting for the menu. He has templates for this now. Call him at 720-244-3885. Tell him you want the auto spa mailer.

The H2O idea works great. And thanks for the help reworking the flier. It came out even better than the last one and I love the Primp My Ride special on it! ELR!!!!!!!

Chris, I have been using this system for awhile now and have had success with the fliers. The next step we took was one simple one. I have the greeter handing out the menu uses a script when they hand it to the client. When the greeter hands over the menu she or he says "here is our wash menu please look this over and let us know how you wish to have your car cleaned". The big difference was changing the word wash to cleaned. This simple move seems to change the mindset of the client from just wash my car to open other detail options. Since the change in last week we have average of 13 car wash details.

To other dealers a side note I seen some of your menus and you don't have wash options. This options sell much better then details and it also sets expectations of what you offer as the complimentary car wash.
